I’ve been a Holistic Health Acupuncturist for almost 20 years guiding men & women through the big transformative life phases, and studying the effects this has on the mental, physical and energetic body.  As I’ve traversed this terrain, I’ve started noticing patterns deep in the energetic operating systems that are being labeled as PCOS, autoimmune disruptions, infertility, mental health issues and enmeshment in toxic relationship dynamics. The diagnoses are extensive, but the roots are a deep lack of attunement with the energy body, and often powerful overrides of outside energies that don't belong to you.

 

In my personal life I’ve recovered from childhood trauma, PCOS, autoimmune thyroid, codependency, and divorce from a narcissistic sex-addict which left deep trauma imprints in my feminine & masculine energy channels, as well as broken boundaries and wounded instincts in my realtionships. After trying years of therapy, spending years in the rooms of Recovery, and finally stepping off yet another spiritual path, I found my way back to my Self through energy practices and energy medicine.

 

Through all of the healing techniques, all of the healers and powerful mentors, I've had the blessing of being guided back home to the place I’d been seeking all along, my own deep and luxurious well. Most importantly, I’ve felt my boundaries click back into place where there had previously been none. I learned to stop self-abandoning and honor the needs of my tender heart and highly sensitive  body with compassion. I’ve learned to slow way down and evaluate my relationships for reciprocity.

 

Today I hold a space of impeccable honesty, and offer professional guidance into the energy realms while in service to the spark inside each of us, and calling forth your divine essence. It is with LOVE & BOUNDARIES that I’ve learned to protect this Essence within myself and guide other women out of a paradigm of overgiving, undernourishment, and exhaustion into a life you desire and co-create with beauty.

 

As a devotee of holding ‘Holistic’ space for other women, I work diligently to grab threads from many different areas of your life and search for the perforations, or energy leaks, that rob you of your energy.
